The Leaf Trimmer DTC Pro from the Dutch Trimming Company is an automatic, professional and efficient flower cleaning machine. The DTC leaf trimmer line was designed by analyzing the most used leaf trimmer models on the market, with the aim of eliminating the performance and structure defects found by cannabis growers and increasing efficiency and ease of use. This automatic leaf trimming station is equipped with a cutting unit placed on the upper part and an extraction unit on the lower part, which acts as a leaf separator. In this way, during the cutting process, the leaves are captured in a collection bag attached to the system of extraction.
The DTC Pro is the ideal choice as a trimmer for cleaning the flowers of large crops. In fact, it is able to process up to 15-20kg of fresh inflorescences per hour in an almost completely automatic manner also thanks to the external suction of trimmed leaves.

Innovative features of the DTC Pro Leaf Trimmer

The cutting system of the DTC Pro leaf trimmer consists of 11 stainless steel blades for a clean and precise cut. The aluminum and steel rotating drum has an extremely reduced thickness (approximately 1mm) and is adjustable in height. Furthermore, it is self-sharpening and this feature allows the operation of the machinery to be significantly extended, reducing maintenance and cleaning breaks. The rotating drum is available both in the wet version, for cleaning fresh inflorescences, and in the Dry version for dry inflorescences.
Despite its size, the DTC Pro leaf trimmer is easy to transport and guarantees constant and prolonged efficiency. The external unit for suction and collection of cut leaves allows the instrument to work intensely and with fewer maintenance stops and emptying of the leaf separator Furthermore, the electronic part of this trimmer has a waterproof safety system and the shredding drum is equipped with a relay with protection in case of overload.
