Potassium (K), after nitrogen, is the nutritional element most required by plants and the most abundant in cell juices. Potassium has a high mobility within the plant where it is rapidly transferred from one cellular compartment to another, from cell to cell.

The features of this product

The potassium and magnesium sulphate package contains a completely natural product of extractive origin (from Northern European mines) on which no acids of any kind have acted.

Thanks to the action of potassium, the consistency of plant tissues is improved. This leads the plant to natural swelling and gives the fruits a better consistency, as well as making their epidermis and pulp better from a chromatic point of view.

Potassium sulphate also allows an increase in the specific weight of the fruit, mobilizing all the nutritional elements of the soil thanks to the high percentage of sulfur and the acidity of the pH.

How to administer potassium sulfate

• Apply 3 or 4 times every 3 weeks from the formation of small fruits to veraison 5 Kg/1000 m2
• At veraison and fruit ripening 6 kg/1000m2 every 3 weeks (2 applications)
• For horticultural crops: from fruit setting to harvesting 2-3 times 3-4 kg/100m2 every 3 weeks
• Gardening: 2-3 applications from the end of May to the end of October
• Composting: 2.5 kg/m3
• In seedbed: 90 g/ 3 m2
