Lemongrass soap

Lemongrass soap is a completely natural product produced by the antika officina botanika, biodegradable and suitable for foliar applications on all types of crops and plants, both indoors and outdoors.

Alternatively, we recommend potassium soap , a more complete and effective product. Its multiple properties make it one of the best natural remedies for plants.

Characteristics of the Lemongrass soap

Lemongrass soap is a soap with a stimulating and cleansing action that can be used on plants that have been attacked by aphids (also called plant lice) and common insects.
The strength of the product is demonstrated by the high presence of natural stimulating substances, thanks to which there is an immediate positive effect, with the plants being able to defend themselves autonomously from parasite attacks. Consequently, the product helps strengthen the stress defenses of indoor and outdoor crops, while eliminating the organic remains of insects and cryptogams from the leaves.

The product consists of the following elements:

• potassium hydroxide
• soybean and rapeseed oil
• natural lemongrass extract, citric acid

Doses and methods of use of soap

As regards the methods of use of the product, lemongrass soap must be used in foliar treatments with the following dose: 800-1000 gr/hl. To increase the effects and results of the product, it is advisable to add K-Nettle, K-Directina or K-Pine to lemongrass soap, depending on the symptom complex of the plant.

In case of an attack, it is necessary to repeat the application after seven days until the plant no longer shows any symptoms. However, the situation in the preventive phase is different: the advice is to treat once every three weeks. For proper use of soap it is therefore best to respect these doses to obtain excellent results for your crops.

The different types of soap

lemongrass soap is part of the category of vegetable soaps, within which you can also find other products, such as potassium sulfur soap (against attacks by common fungi or powdery mildew, usable for balcony plants, gardens or orchards) or potassium to bicarbonate (to be used in those plants that suffer from attacks by the parasitic fungus "botrytis" or rot).
