Ice Washer washing machine for ICE or LATOR

The Ice Washer washing machine of the Pure Factory is a tool to make cold extraction of pollen from plants, it works as a very common washing machine, speeding up and improving the procedure to do iceolar. This washing machine for Ice or Lotor has a basket with a capacity of 13L that allows you to put 130g of vegger material inside for extractions.

Methods of use of Ice Washer Lavartice for resin draws

• 1) Place Ice-Washer Laver on a raised floor and a bucket on the ground. Place the filter bags in the bucket, respecting the order of the microns. The fine filter bag must first be inserted in the bucket and to follow the others.
• 2) Fill Lce Washer for half of cold water, introduce the ice. Turn on the Ice-Washer, to facilitate the dissolution of the ice until it reaches the desired temperature (recommended around 2nd -4 °).
• 3) Fill the pyramidal bag (max 500gr) with the previously frozen material. Introduce the bag in the Washer, close the lid and program the time (from 3min. To 8min.).
• 4) Once the planned time has been completed, extract the pyramidal bag. Leave the water flowing inside the Ice Washer gently squeezing the bag.
• 5) Lower the water output tube soak it flows into the bucket, then reposition the tube.
• 6) Extract the first filter bag and squeeze it gently to make the excess water flow. In this first bag there will be no pollen or resin crystals, but only residues.
• 7) Extract the second bag, with a slow movement from top to bottom, inside and outside the water, try to bring the crystals to the center of the bag. This phase is very important to prevent crystals from dispersing.
• 8) Gently squeeze the filter bag. Wrap with absorbent paper, from the outside, the part where the crystals have focused to encourage the absorption of excess humid.
• If in possession of multiple filter bags repeat passages 7 and 8.
• The extracted crystals must be positioned inside a colander, use a spoon to press the material obtained against the network in order to filter the crystals on a sheet of absorbed paper.
• This process serves to extract excess humidity and guarantee effective drying.
• Leave to dry for 48h in the shade, at room temperature.
• This phase is very important for the quality of the final product that once dry can be pressed.
• Through the first washing is possible to extract most of the crystals.
• It is recommended to repeat the steps from 4 to 9, with the same raw material, in order to extract the maximum quantity of crystals.
• It is also possible to filter the same water several times.
• Wash the filter bags with frozen water as soon as the use is finished to prevent the crystals from remaining attached to the walls, it is possible to wash the bags also with alcohol (96%).
