The 125 mm - 250 mc/h activated carbon filter is the ideal accessory for eliminating the odors that come out of the air aspirators. The activated carbon filter has an important function in terms of air treatment. Consisting of a chamber covered with carbon granules, the filter is able to neutralize the odors deriving from the flowering of the cultivation and is capable of absorbing almost all organic substances and pollutants. The anti-odour filter, if properly connected to the air aspirator's inlet, allows correct and efficient use and therefore total odor remediation. In the indoor cultivation sector, the filter is therefore connected to the ventilation system of our grow room through the use of aluminum ducts. Both the internal filter and the carbon present must be changed at the time of actual wear. These activated carbons are of high quality and first choice with minimum 3 mm granules, ensuring a duration of about one year.

Air treatment with activated carbon filters

In indoor cultivation, each step is essential to take care of the development of our plant down to the smallest detail. From the germination phase to the flowering phase, therefore, the grower must be in possession of all the necessary knowledge so as not to ruin the crop, using all the recommended tools and products. In this context, the treatment of the air assumes a more important aspect since the exchange of it must be copious and continuous in the phases of light. Aspirators, extractors, fans and activated carbon filters are essential tools for air replacement, recirculation and cleaning. In particular, in indoor cultivation, when discharge lamps are used, the temperature can overheat excessively and in this context, aspirators play a fundamental role. For the same theme, the fans have the function of avoiding air stagnation and therefore the formation of mould, also significantly increasing the presence of co2, but they also act as gymnastics for the plant. From all these considerations, we can deduce the importance of treating the air through the use of special tools that allow the plant to grow healthily, thus preparing for an abundant and rigorous harvest.
