Our design offices based in England have committed themselves to analyzing and testing the lamps of our competitors in order to collect all the information necessary for the creation of reliable lamps, durable over time and highly performing.

The first problem to face when growing indoor using old LED panels is that relating to the low heat resistance of the low -quality Chinese diodes (LED) and not resistant to high temperatures.

High quality American diodes:

Thanks to the cooperation that we have been carrying out with several research workshops with headquarters in California, it has been possible to study and test the best diodes on the market on the field: the most suitable for the purpose of are revealed to be the production diodes American "Bridgelux", high quality chips and resistant at very high temperatures, up to 150 ° C.

heat dissipation:

In addition to the use of higher quality components, we have redesigned the entire panel cooling system - radial cooling system - in order to avoid any possible overheating problem: the common heat dissipator in simple aluminum is in fact revealed insufficient to effectively conduct the heat generated by the lamp and has been replaced by special dissipators of our design made of copper, notoriously one of the most effective materials in the conduction of heat.

More power in less space:

The internal structure of the panel was also revised and optimized: thanks to special tricks, we have been possible to create commercials containing 25 diodes to make more powerful panels of considerably reduced size: lesser dimensions turns out to be an advantage For retailers, who see the expenses due to transport, and for end users, which can use our panels even in small and very small environments.

Modular ignition (not valid for 75W LED):

Another of the innovations made to the cult panels is that relating to the modular ignition mode: we have in fact introduced the possibility of turning on even half of the panel to allow the farmer to increase or decrease the luminous flux in relation to the heateat or decreased luminous needs.
in practical terms, this possibility translates into a lower energy consumption and consequently in lower costs for the grower.

Luminous spectrum:

The choice of color bands deserves a special mention: to be sure to opt for the best possible color combination, we collaborated with botanists of different universities and research centers.
Chlorophyll photosynthesis is that process through the Which the plant produces energy starting from carbon dioxide and water, assisted by sunlight: given the obvious impossibility of imitating sunlight, we decided to extrapolate the peaks of maximum absorption of light by the plant, based on the experiments carried out from the research workshops that cooperate with us.

Once you have identified such peaks, we chose the diodes corresponding to those particular bright waves and we mixed them with each other to obtain the most effective and suitable combination of the growth and flowering phases of the plants.

The optical lenses associated with each chip have the property of making the light emitted by the diode diverge to cover a greater portion of space: when, however, the optical lens excessively expands the light beam, the risk of undergoing excessive dispersion of light and therefore have a less effective lamp.
Replace the classic 120 ° optical lenses with the new 90 ° lenses allows you to concentrate the light beam on a lower size surface to increase the final production of the plant accordingly.

Series connection:

The panels can be connected to each other through the special universal socket on the row of the case. The socket can also be used for the power supply of other USANS accessories in the grow room: fans, clip fans, humidifiers or dehumidifiers, etc ...
